This often includes the review of the company portfolio and contacting clients in order to obtain evaluations.  At the end of this process, the top companies are ranked.

topseos has identified five key areas that are important when it comes to choosing the best virtual spokesperson company. These key areas are: visual appeal, video features, size of actor network, integration, and review process.

The visual appeal of the videos is the first aspect evaluated.  Compared to other vendors, what is the overall quality of the provided videos?  Are the videos grainy or jumpy?  If green screen technology was used, how effectively was it implemented?

Next we review the video features offered by the vendor.  How does the video appear on the site? What sort of control does the user have over the video?

Another important factor is the size of the actor network.  Does the vendor offer various actors in order to give many different options of actors in order for you to pick actors that fit your site?  Does the vendor even have actors or actresses available or do they only shoot the video and you have to provide an actor?
